How to order

1. Browse the range. Scroll the page, or use the brand tabs at the top to jump to a brand. Click any shoe for larger images, all colours and full specs.
2. Add what you want. Click + Add on a colour (pick Medium or Wide where offered). Added colours stay highlighted so you can see your selections.
3. Set quantities. Click View order to open your order list. Enter the number of case packs (the size run fills in automatically) or type quantities into each size. Set a Required month per line if it differs from the default.
4. See your pricing. Each line shows your trade price (55% of RRP, ex GST) and the line cost. The running total at the top shows pairs and net trade value.
5. Volume bonus. You earn a bonus on the total pairs in your order, across the Bronze / Silver / Gold volume tiers (shown as you order) on the net trade value. The amount shown is an estimate only: the final bonus is based on your actual confirmed order.
6. Send your order intent. Click Export Intent: it creates the Excel sheet and a small re-loadable file, saves copies to you, and submits both straight to ComfortCo in one step. Pricing is an estimate off our standard trade price; final pricing is confirmed once the order is entered into NetSuite.
